About Me
My Name is Joanie and I am from the small town of Sherbrooke, Quebec.
From the University of Sherbrooke, I received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Kinesiology, Healt promotion & injury prevention.
Sports have played a major part in my life even from a young age.
After my degree, I worked at the MHI (Montreal Hearth Institute), where I found what I had been looking for: a group of people with different backgrounds that enjoy working together. There I became a dynamic, caring and understanding person. I've always wanted to help people feel better and to make a difference in their lives, giving them the tools necessary to reach their goals.
My motivation in ontario...keep pursuing what I love the most:
to support people & help them feel better!
